Stages of preparation of canned semolina paste
- Take a bowl, add semolina, yogurt and water and mix. Prepare a thick mixture. Leave for about two hours. Therefore semolina can swell.
- Grease the potatoes in a bowl. Heat a frying pan and add oil, grind mustard seeds, add turmeric powder, green chili paste. Mix with fried potatoes. Mix well. Add salt and chopped bay leaf. Mix well, the filling is ready.
- Now mix the mixture and add the cumin seeds and salt.
- Then add rice flour and water to the consistency. Ready to mix and fill.
- Prepare focaccia with stuffed potatoes. Preheat the pan. Spray with a little oil.
